What's the Problem?

There is an increasing awareness worldwide about the products we consume. Petroleum-based ingredients, like food dyes, are affecting people's health and damaging the environment. Replacing them with agriculture-derived ingredients can lead to a fake perception of sustainability and health. The real change comes with a complete transformation of the production model, which will ultimately transform lives by manufacturing nutritious food with a conscious usage of water, land and other resources, no need of hazardous chemicals or solvents, such as pesticides, and a minimum generation of residues.
